Hesap
Uygulamayı kullanmak için Apple, Google veya e-posta ile giriş yapmanız gerekir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
PRO abonelik
- PRO; aylık ve yıllık plan olarak sunulur. Güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında, ülkenize göre App Store veya Google Play tarafından gösterilir.
- Yıllık planda 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme vardır. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz deneme sonunda yıllık ücret tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Ücret, Apple veya Google hesabınızdan alınır.
- Aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play’deki abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- İade talepleri Apple veya Google’ın kendi iade politikalarına göre değerlendirilir.
- Satın alımlarınızı başka bir cihazda “Satın alımları geri yükle” ile geri alabilirsiniz.
İçerik
Uygulamadaki sözler kamuya açık eserlerden ve geleneksel atasözlerinden derlenmiştir; kaynakları her sözün altında belirtilir. Sözler, dini ve kültürel değerlere ve hukuka saygı gözetilerek seçilir; uygunsuz bulduğunuz bir söz olursa info@mottopin.com adresine bildirebilirsiniz. Türkçe çeviriler, açıklamalar, tasarım ve yazılım geliştiriciye aittir ve izinsiz çoğaltılamaz. Ortam sesleri lisans bilgileri uygulama içinde ve kaynak dosyalarında belirtilen açık lisanslı kayıtlardır.
Sizin içeriğiniz
Defterinize, panonuza ve notlarınıza yazdıklarınız size aittir ve bu içeriklerin bütün hukuki sorumluluğu yalnızca onları yazan kullanıcıya aittir. Mottopin bu içerikleri yazmaz, düzenlemez, onaylamaz ve sizin paylaşmanız dışında hiçbir yerde yayımlamaz; yazdıklarınız Mottopin’in görüşünü yansıtmaz.
Notlarınızı yalnızca size uygulamayı sunmak (saklamak, cihazlarınız arasında eşitlemek) için kullanırız. Hukuka, kişilik haklarına ve başkalarının haklarına aykırı içerik oluşturmamayı ve paylaşmamayı kabul edersiniz. Kendi notlarınızı story ya da görsel olarak paylaştığınızda paylaşımın sorumluluğu da size aittir.
Sağlık uyarısı
Uygulama motivasyon ve rahatlama amaçlıdır; tıbbi veya psikolojik tedavinin yerini tutmaz. Kendinizi kötü hissediyorsanız bir sağlık uzmanına başvurun.
Sorumluluğun sınırlanması
Uygulamayı kesintisiz ve hatasız sunmak için çalışırız, ancak bunu garanti edemeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşulları güncellediğimizde yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayınlarız. Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.
Terms of Use
By using the Mottopin app (“the App”) you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Mottopin, contact: info@mottopin.com.
Account
You need to sign in with Apple, Google or e-mail to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account in the App at any time.
PRO subscription
- PRO is offered as monthly and yearly plans. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen by the App Store or Google Play for your country.
- The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's refund policies.
- You can restore purchases on another device with “Restore purchases”.
Content
Quotes in the App come from public-domain works and traditional proverbs, with their sources shown. They are chosen with respect for religious and cultural values and the law; if you find a quote inappropriate, tell us at info@mottopin.com. Translations, reflections, design and software belong to the developer and may not be copied without permission. Ambient sounds are openly licensed recordings as listed in the App's source files.
Your content
What you write in your journal, on your board and in your notes belongs to you, and all legal responsibility for that content rests solely with the user who wrote it. Mottopin does not write, edit or endorse it, and does not publish it anywhere unless you share it yourself; it does not reflect Mottopin’s views.
We use your notes only to provide the App (storing and syncing them). You agree not to create or share content that is unlawful or infringes personal rights or the rights of others. When you share your own notes as a story or image, you are responsible for that sharing.
Health notice
The App is for motivation and relaxation and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you are struggling, please contact a health professional.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the App available and free of errors but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
Changes and governing law
We publish updated terms on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
