Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Mottopin uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) hangi verileri neden topladığını ve bu verileri nasıl koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulamanın geliştiricisi ve veri sorumlusu Mottopin’dır. Sorularınız için: info@mottopin.com.
Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: Apple, Google veya e-posta ile giriş yaptığınızda e-posta adresiniz ve giriş sağlayıcısının verdiği kullanıcı kimliği. Apple ile girişte e-postanızı gizlemeyi seçebilirsiniz.
- Sizin oluşturduğunuz içerik: Mantar Panoya iğnelediğiniz sözler, yazdığınız notlar ve odak alanı seçimleriniz. Bu veriler hesabınıza bağlı olarak saklanır, böylece cihaz değiştirdiğinizde kaybolmaz.
- Abonelik bilgisi: Abonelik durumunuz ve satın alma geçmişiniz, RevenueCat aracılığıyla Apple App Store veya Google Play’den alınır. Ödeme ve kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; ödemeyi doğrudan Apple veya Google işler.
- Cihazınızda kalan ayarlar: Bildirim saatleri, ses tercihleri ve oyun skorları yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Toplamadıklarımız
Konumunuzu, kişi listenizi, fotoğraflarınızı veya mikrofonunuzu kullanmayız. Reklam göstermeyiz, verilerinizi satmayız ve sizi başka uygulamalar ya da web siteleri arasında izlemeyiz.
Verileri neden kullanırız
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve girişinizi doğrulamak,
- notlarınızı ve panonuzu cihazlarınız arasında saklamak,
- aboneliğinizi doğrulayıp PRO özelliklerini açmak,
- sizin seçtiğiniz saatlerde günlük söz bildirimi göndermek (bildirimler cihazınızda planlanır).
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Verilerinizi yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız: hesap ve veri saklama için Supabase, abonelik yönetimi için RevenueCat, giriş için Apple ve Google, ödemeler için App Store ve Google Play. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre ve yalnızca bize hizmet vermek amacıyla işler. Veriler Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda saklanabilir.
Saklama süresi ve hesap silme
Verileriniz hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Uygulamada Profil → Hesabı sil adımıyla hesabınızı ve size ait tüm verileri kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Hesap silmek aktif aboneliğinizi iptal etmez; aboneliği App Store veya Google Play ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.
Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve geçerli olduğu yerlerde Avrupa Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ve taşınmasını isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için info@mottopin.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaştaki çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellediğimizde yeni sürümü bu sayfada tarihiyle yayınlarız. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyururuz.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the Mottopin app (“the App”) collects, why, and how it is protected. The developer and data controller is Mottopin. Contact: info@mottopin.com.
Data we collect
- Account data: your e-mail address and the user ID provided by Apple, Google or e-mail sign-in. With Sign in with Apple you may hide your e-mail.
- Content you create: quotes you pin, notes you write and the focus areas you choose, stored with your account so they survive a device change.
- Subscription data: your subscription status and purchase history, received from the App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. We never receive your payment or card details.
- On-device settings: reminder times, sound preferences and game scores stay on your device.
Data we do not collect
We do not access your location, contacts, photos or microphone. We show no ads, do not sell your data and do not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use data
To create and verify your account, keep your notes and board in sync across devices, verify your subscription and unlock PRO features, and send the daily quote reminders you schedule (reminders are scheduled on your device).
Service providers
We share data only with providers needed to run the App: Supabase (accounts and storage), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Apple and Google (sign-in), and the App Store and Google Play (payments). Data may be stored on servers outside Turkey.
Retention and account deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in the App under Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Your rights
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction, deletion or export of your data and object to its processing. Write to info@mottopin.com.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When we update this policy we publish the new version on this page with its date, and announce significant changes in the App.
